About Me

Elisabeth is a licensed Marriage and Family therapist specializing in individual, couples and family psychotherapy, as well as perinatal mood disorders.  

With over 20 years experience as a clinician, and a graduate of Pepperdine University specializing in family systems therapy, she is currently in private practice in Costa Mesa, CA.  Among her areas of expertise are Depression, Postpartum Depression, and Anxiety Disorders.

In addition, Elisabeth has presented to health organizations throughout Orange County and to general audiences on topics ranging from Parenting to Postpartum Health.

Recently, Elisabeth has served as a Southern California Coordinator for Postpartum Support International, a non-profit organization dedicated to the mental health of women, children and their families.
